Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or GED.
• Age requirement: at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to support people with disabilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Crisis prevention, intervention, and teaching skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• English language proficiency (speaking, listening, reading).
• Physical ability to perform job duties (lift up to 50 lbs, mobility).
• Non-physical interventions and CPR as needed.
