Job summary

ASG Home Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide one‑on‑one in-home and community support for individuals with developmental disabilities across New Jersey. DSPs will follow each client’s ISP to promote independence, daily living skills, and community engagement.

We offer $18–$24 per hour, flexible hours, and local cases with a supportive team and onboarding. CPR/First Aid certification is encouraged, and prior caregiving experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to help others.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support
