Job summary

ASG Home Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities across New Jersey. You will work one-on-one in home and community settings, following each person’s ISP to promote independence and daily living success.

We offer $18–$24 per hour with flexible scheduling, local cases, and a supportive team. Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not required; CPR/First Aid certification can be obtained upon hire.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Experience in caregiving or human services is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support.
