Help at Home is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities in clients’ homes and communities. You’ll help with daily living skills, promote independence, and participate in community activities.

We offer flexible schedules, paid orientation, health benefits, and time off. Applicants must be 18+, have a diploma or equivalent, and pass a background check with a valid driver’s license for community work.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful background check and required training.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with proof of insurance.
• Ability to work safely and respectfully in clients’ homes and communities.
• Compassion, reliability, and a desire to make a positive impact.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings to promote independence.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and transportation.
• Encourage participation in social and community activities.
• Help individuals achieve personal goals and celebrate progress.
• Promote choice, independence, and self-advocacy.
• Accurately document care, activities, and progress; communicate with the team to ensure quality support.
