Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC in Memphis, TN seeks a consultant dietitian to join our team serving the long-term care community. The role offers 8-40 hours per week with a flexible schedule and competitive pay.

You will perform clinical nutrition assessments, document with the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, collaborate with the care plan team, complete the MDS - Section K, and provide dietary recommendations for wounds and weight changes.

Qualifications

• Credentialed by the CDR is required.
• Dietetic licensure is required.
• Positive attitude and client-centered approach.
• Good communication skills are essential.
• Collaborates well with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments.
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team.
• Complete MDS - Section K.
• Calculate TF.
• Provide recommendations for wound care and weight changes.
