Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team serving the long-term care community in Kilmarnock, VA. The role offers 16–40 hours per week with flexible scheduling and competitive pay.

Responsibilities include clinical nutrition assessments, documenting via the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, collaborating with the care plan team, and completing MDS - Section K. Experience with wound care and weight change guidance is a plus.

Formación

• CDR credentialed dietitian required.
• Dietetic licensure required.
• Positive attitude required.
• Client-centered approach required.
• Good communication skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Completing clinical nutrition assessments.
• Documenting using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team.
• Completing the MDS - Section K.
• Calculating TF.
• Making recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes.
