Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to support a Long Term Care facility in Ridgely, TN. This role offers flexible scheduling at 9 hours per week with excellent pay and a focused scope in clinical nutrition assessment and care planning.

You will document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, collaborate with the care team, complete MDS - Section K, and provide wound and weight-change recommendations for residents in a supportive, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian credentialed by CDR and licensed in Tennessee.
• Client-centered approach and strong communication abilities.
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments.
• Document using Nutrition Care Process in the EMR.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care plan team.
• Complete the MDS - Section K.
• Calculate TF and provide wound/weight-change recommendations.
