Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team serving the long-term care community in Jackson, MS. This role offers flexible hours ranging from 16 to 40 hours per week and promises excellent pay for experienced dietitians.

Responsibilities include completing clinical nutrition assessments, documenting via the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, collaborating with the care plan team, finishing MDS - Section K, calculating TF, and making wound/weight-change

Qualifications

• CDR credentialed dietitian required.
• Dietetic licensure required.
• Positive attitude and client-centered approach.
• Good communication skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments.
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team.
• Complete the MDS - Section K.
• Calculate TF.
• Provide wound and weight-change recommendations.
