Job summary

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in an acute hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrates critical thinking appropriate to patient care.
- Collects and documents patient health data.
- Develops individualized care plans and implements interventions.
- Administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Communicates with patients, families, and staff to ensure quality care.
- Promotes patient safety and adherence to protocols.
- Ensures accurate handoffs and documentation.
