AdventHealth Winter Garden in Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, administer medications, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, effective outcomes.

The role requires an RN license and at least 1 year of acute care experience; a Bachelor's in Nursing is preferred. Day shift, full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Nursing required.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
RN licensure required.
1+ year acute care hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors.
Develop and implement individualized care plans, evaluating and revising as needed.
Administer medications and treatments safely per orders and protocols.
Educate patients and families to promote understanding and self-care.
