Job summary

Hertz in Arlington, VA is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Associate to assist customers at the counter, advising on rental options, insurance and ancillary benefits, and ensuring accurate processing of rentals.

You will also handle returns, participate in vehicle service tasks, and promote additional services to meet customer needs while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

As a Customer Service & Sales Associate, you will be interacting with Hertz rental car customers who come to the counter in order to process their rental. You will not only process customer rentals but will actively consult with customers on the type of rental they need, including any insurance or ancillary benefits or coverage.

This position includes a rewarding compensation and benefits package:

• $19.25 an hour as your base pay $40,040 annually for full time employees)
• Overtime hours are compensated at 1.5 times your hourly rate
• Includes full range of medical, dental, vision, 401K benefits offerings
• Uncapped monthly sales incentives with an average monthly range of
• Expected total average earnings: (first year)
• Potential for top sellers to make over $100K annually
