Job summary

UAB Medicine is hiring CRNAs to provide anesthesia under the supervision of an anesthesiologist for diverse surgical procedures at the UAB St. Vincent’s East campus.

You will participate in clinical instruction for nurse anesthesia students and follow the Department of Anesthesiology policies and procedures. Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program with Alabama CRNA licensure and current BLS/ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
• Alabama CRNA license required.
• Current BLS certification and ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia under the direction of an anesthesiologist for diverse procedures.
• Participate in clinical instruction of nurse anesthesia students.
• Adhere to department policies and procedures as directed by the Department of Anesthesiology.
