• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or allied field.
• Experience serving children and/or families.
• Ability to deliver culturally competent services.
• Flexible schedule and on-call rotation willingness.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Meet and engage the family with compassion and enthusiasm.
• Provide crisis response and stabilization services with safety plans.
• Prepare families for next steps in intervention.
• Customize helping approaches to fit the family’s culture and needs.
• Provide intensive, strength-based mental health services and treatment planning.
• Respond to crises promptly and collaboratively.
• Participate in on-call rotation and team planning.
• Work from the FBH Tukwila office with community/home visits.
