Job summary

Catholic Community Services of Western Washington is expanding its Family Behavioral Health team in Tukwila, WA. We seek a clinician to deliver flexible, evidence-informed mental health services to children and families in their homes and communities, with on-call rotation and strong collaboration with local services.

The role emphasizes culturally competent care, engagement with families, and an energetic, innovative approach to outcomes. Training & supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences or equivalent accredited degree.
• Knowledge of Wraparound with Intensive Services (WISe) principles preferred.
• Ability to engage children, youth and families with a strengths-based approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide strength-based mental health services to children and families in home and community settings.
• Participate in on-call rotation to offer coordinated, intensive behavioral health services.
• Schedule flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet family needs.
