Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, behavioral sciences or equivalent.
• Experience serving children and/or families in mental health, social services, or education.
• Ability to work effectively in homes and community settings.
• Demonstrates culturally competent service delivery.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Meet and engage families with compassion and enthusiasm.
• Provide crisis response and stabilization planning.
• Prepare families for next steps in intervention and planning.
• Adapt interventions to fit family needs and culture.
• Deliver intensive, strength-based mental health services to children, youth and families in the community.
• Meet productivity and documentation standards with clear, strength-based notes.
• Respond promptly to crises and coordinate therapies as needed.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team to implement plans.
• Participate in on-call rotation and travel to family homes as required.
