Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences, or equivalent, accredited degree.
• Flexibility for on-call rotation responsibilities and willingness to work in homes and community settings.
• Valid driver’s license & current automobile insurance with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive, strength-based mental health services to children, youth and families in community settings.
• Engage families with compassion and collaboration to support treatment goals.
• Coordinate crisis response and safety planning; facilitate team meetings and treatment planning.
• Document activities accurately and maintain accountability per program standards.
