Central Florida Care Group, Inc. is seeking a Home Health Aide / CNA in Davenport, FL. You will provide one-on-one in-home care to elderly clients, assist with daily living tasks, and monitor health and safety. Flexible scheduling lets you choose full-time, part-time, or contract work in the Davenport area.

You will clock in/out on your phone, receive weekly direct deposit, and have strong support from a hands-on caregiving team. Prior CNA/HHA experience and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA certification current or eligible to certify
• Minimum 2 years in home care or direct-care healthcare
• Current CPR certification required
• Background check Level 2 cleared
• Smartphone required for clocking in/out and notes
• Physically capable of in-home care
• Updated continuing education hours
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Responsabilités

• Provide direct, one-on-one care to elderly clients and others in home.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and daily living activities.
• Offer companionship and homemaking support.
• Monitor health and safety; report changes to clinical team.
• Educate family members on care tasks to support loved ones.
