Job summary

Central Florida Care Group Inc. is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant to provide one-on-one in-home care across central Florida (Kissimmee, Davenport, Poinciana, Winter Haven, Haines City, Orlando). Part-time and full-time roles with above-average pay are available.

Qualifications

Must have a cleared Level 2 background and CPR.
2 yrs experience in home care, or other related fields
Ability to handle physical workload
Updated CEUs
Must have a smart phone to input notes
The position requires a clear Level 2 Background Check.

Responsibilities

Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with developmental disabilities
Monitor and report changes in client’s status
Assist with personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients
Provide companion and homemaking care
Provide specialized assistance such as medication reminders.
Teach family members ways to care for their loved ones.
Ensure client’s safety.
