Central Florida Care Group Inc. is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide direct, one-on-one home care to elderly clients and others in Davenport, FL. You’ll perform personal care, companionship, and health monitoring, with flexible shifts and the freedom to choose your assignments.

You’ll clock in from your smartphone, receive support from a hands-on team, and report changes to our clinical staff. This role emphasizes safety, dignity, and building trusted relationships with families.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA with current certification (or eligible to certify)
• 2+ years in home care, nursing, or similar direct-care healthcare role
• Current CPR certification required
• Cleared Level 2 background check (required for all positions)
• Smartphone for clocking in/out and client notes
• Comfortable with the physical demands of in-home care
• Updated CEUs hours
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, one-on-one care to elderly clients and others in home settings.
• Perform personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming) and homemaking support.
• Monitor client health and safety; report changes to clinical team.
• Teach family members how to support loved ones effectively.
• Clock in/out using smartphone and document client notes.
