Job summary

Central Florida Care Group, Inc. is seeking a Home Health Aide / CNA in Davenport, FL. You will provide one-on-one in-home care to elderly clients, assist with daily living tasks, and monitor health and safety. Flexible scheduling lets you choose full-time, part-time, or contract work in the Davenport area.

You will clock in/out on your phone, receive weekly direct deposit, and have strong support from a hands-on caregiving team. Prior CNA/HHA experience and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA certification current or eligible to certify
• Minimum 2 years in home care or direct-care healthcare

Home Health Aide / CNA - Davenport

What You'll Do

You’ll provide direct, one‑on‑one care to elderly clients, individuals recovering from illness or injury, and people with developmental disabilities. Your day‑to‑day includes personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming), companionship, homemaking support, and monitoring client health and safety. You’ll be the person clients and families trust—checking in, noticing changes, and reporting back to our clinical team. You’ll also help teach family members how to support their loved ones in ways that work for everyone.

Who We’re Looking For

• Certification: CNA or HHA with current certification (or eligible to certify)
• Experience: 2+ years in home care, nursing, or similar direct‑care healthcare role (we count CNA, HHA, EMT, hospital patient care, or comparable experience)
• CPR: Current CPR certification required
• Background: Cleared Level 2 background check (required for all positions)
• Tech: Smartphone for clocking in/out and client notes
• Physical ability: Comfortable with the physical demands of in‑home care
• CEUs: Updated continuing education hours
