Job summary

M Culinary Concepts is seeking enthusiastic and service-driven Catering Event Servers to join our Phoenix-based, employee-owned catering team. As part of the team, you’ll help deliver memorable hospitality experiences at weddings, corporate events, galas, and large special events.

This is a flexible, event-driven role with the opportunity to set your own schedule. We value speed, collaboration, and top-tier hospitality.

Qualifications

Customer service experience required; previous food and beverage experience preferred.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members.
Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Tech-savvy with daily internet access to review schedules and respond to shift bidding.
Valid Food Handler Card or ANSI-accredited food handler training.

Responsibilities

Assist with setting up event spaces, including tables, chairs, serving stations, and dining areas.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner, adhering to service standards.
Engage with guests in a friendly, welcoming manner; respond to requests and resolve concerns promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of dining areas throughout the event, clearing and resetting tables as needed.
Work collaboratively with fellow servers, leads, captains, and event staff to ensure smooth service.
