Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking compassionate Caregivers/Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide in-home care for seniors and clients in Rockford, MI. You can choose full-time, part-time, or PRN assignments and have the flexibility to select shifts and locations that fit your schedule.

We offer competitive starting pay at $17/hour, with same-day/next-day pay options, weekly payroll, and a range of benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, 401(k), and paid time

Qualifications

At least 6 months of caregiving experience or a CNA course/certificate.
Two positive professional or personal references.
Ability to work independently while communicating with supervisors and care team.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and daily support to seniors and clients.
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping, shopping, and transportation.
Provide companionship and engage clients in activities they enjoy.
Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
Provide medication reminders and report changes to supervisor.
Maintain a safe home environment and follow care plan.
