Job summary

Safe Path Care Ltd. is seeking dedicated Care Support Workers to join our compassionate team in Kent and Sussex. You will provide essential support to clients, assisting with personal care, meal preparation, and daily living activities. We offer flexible working hours, comprehensive training, and a rewarding role that makes a real difference in people's lives. Ideal candidates are compassionate, reliable, and possess strong communication skills. Full training is provided, and experience is not required. A valid UK driving licence and DBS check are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Previous care experience is desirable but not required – we provide full training.
• A valid DBS check is preferred.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Offering emotional support and companionship.
• Supporting with meal preparation, medication reminders, and daily living activities.
• Helping clients stay safe and comfortable in their own homes.
• Travelling to clients’ homes across Kent and Sussex.
