Qualifications

• Willingness to undergo a DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Care Planning: Develop and manage personalised care plans with clients and families.
• Staff Coordination: Schedule and allocate care staff to meet client needs.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of care and implement improvements.
• Client Liaison: Be the primary point of contact for clients and families.
• Compliance: Ensure activities comply with best practices and policies.
• Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date records of plans and interactions.
• Team Leadership: Guide and support care staff and provide training.
• Crisis Management: Respond to emergencies and coordinate with healthcare professionals.
