Your Role
As a Care Support Worker, you will provide essential support to our clients to ensure their wellbeing and independence. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting clients with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Offering emotional support and companionship
- Supporting with meal preparation, medication reminders, and daily living activities
- Helping clients stay safe and comfortable in their own homes
- Travelling to clients’ homes across Kent and Sussex

What We’re Looking For
- Compassionate, reliable, and proactive individuals who genuinely care about making a difference
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous care experience is desirable but not required – we provide full training
- A valid DBS check (preferred)
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)

Expected Hours: 10–40 hours per week
