Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in New Jersey is hiring part-time Behavior Technicians to deliver 1-1 behavior analytic services in clients' homes, under the supervision of BCBAs. This role focuses on hands-on treatment with children aged 2-15, in a flexible schedule.

You will collect data, support families, and coordinate with the treatment team. The position offers paid training, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or developmental disabilities is preferred; training will be provided.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute consistently to assigned locations; maintain confidentiality per HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to client, family, and supervisor needs; maintain clear communication lines.
• Physically keep pace with children aged 2–15 during sessions.
• Follow schedules: Mon 5:30pm–8:00pm and Sat/Sun 10:00am–2:00pm OR Tue–Fri 4:30pm–8:15pm.
