Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) in California seeks entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism through ABA strategies. Part-time roles with growth potential as caseloads expand.

You will work 1:1 with clients, participate in complimentary RBT training, and pursue a career path from BA to RBT. Local travel and training opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• All roles require licensure/credentialing per local/state rules where applicable.
• ABA therapy or childcare experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.
