Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Part-time roles offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand.

You will work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision and enroll in complimentary RBT training. Roles include travel as needed and a clear career growth pathway. We provide flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, and benefits for those (≥30 hours/week).

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; psych/education degree a plus.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and trainings.
