Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide 1:1 support for children with autism. The role includes implementing ABA strategies and working under the supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation required for local travel.
• Ability to engage clients actively; must lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.

Skills
