Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for an Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians to engage with children with autism. This part-time position may lead to full-time roles as caseloads expand.

Responsibilities include implementing ABA strategies under supervision, collecting data on client progress, and ensuring effective communication with families. Candidates should have a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) and reliable transport.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA therapy or related fields is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and engage clients during sessions is required.

• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect data to track client progress.
