Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians to work with children with autism. The roles are part-time, with the chance to grow into full-time positions as caseloads increase.

Responsibilities include implementing ABA strategies under supervision, tracking client progress, and communicating with families. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in a related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation needed for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Childcare experience

Ability to lift up to 50lbs
