Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants to work part-time with children with autism under BCBA supervision. These positions offer flexible scheduling and a clear career growth pathway, allowing for advancement from Behavior Assistant to RBT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and actively engage with clients.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related fields is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
