Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants to work directly with children with autism using ABA strategies. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for career advancement into full-time positions.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients actively, lift up to 50lbs, and transition from sitting to standing unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
