Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks an Entry Level Behavior Assistant to work part-time with children with autism under BCBA supervision. The position offers flexible scheduling and a career growth pathway from Behavior Assistant to Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, tracking client progress, and communicating with families. Applicants should have a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and the ability to engage clients physically.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
