Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking part-time Entry Level Behavior Assistants to work with children experiencing autism using ABA strategies. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans designed by a BCBA and communicating with families to ensure success.

Qualifications

• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.
• Willingness to travel locally if required.
• Experience in childcare or education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to track client progress.
