Qualifications

• High school diploma required, Bachelor's in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients actively and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies, supervised by a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and track client progress.
• Communicate with families and attend scheduled trainings.
