Qualifications

• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs is essential.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate effectively with families and clinical teams.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.
