Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in California. Part-time positions are available with potential for full-time as caseloads expand. Candidates will work directly with children with autism using ABA strategies and implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Reliable transportation for local travel as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and engage actively with clients.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans by BCBA.
• Collect data to track client progress.
