Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in California. These part-time roles offer the opportunity to grow into full-time positions as caseloads expand.

Responsibilities include working 1:1 with children with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans, and communicating with families. Candidates must have a high school diploma and a passion for helping clients succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, Bachelor's in related field preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or education is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and engage clients actively.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
