Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Buena Park, California. Responsibilities include working 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies, implementing treatment plans designed by a BCBA, and communicating with families. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally and engage with clients actively.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including lifting and changing positions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and track data on client progress.
• Communicate with families to ensure client success.
• Attend training, supervisions, and team meetings.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy
