Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in California. These positions offer the opportunity to grow from part-time to full-time as caseloads expand while working 1:1 with children with autism.

A high school diploma is required, with experience in ABA therapy being a plus. We provide flexible scheduling, competitive pay, bonus opportunities, and comprehensive benefits for those working over 30 hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, Bachelor's in related field preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare or education is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50lbs and engage clients actively.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Communicate with families to ensure success.
• Attend supervisions and ongoing training.
