Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians for part-time positions in California. This role provides the opportunity to transition into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and readiness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams regarding client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.
