Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time roles that can expand into full-time. The position focuses on supporting children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients, lift up to 50lbs, and transition between sitting and standing unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data using PBS tracking tools.
