Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants to work with children with autism using ABA strategies. These part-time roles offer the possibility of transitioning to full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients actively and lift up to 50lbs is essential.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Communicate with families for client success.
