Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Missouri is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians. These part-time positions offer the potential for growth into full-time roles as caseloads expand and provide a pathway to become an RBT.

The ideal candidates will work 1:1 with children with autism applying ABA strategies diligently while implementing treatment plans and collecting progress data. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Reliability in transportation and ability to travel locally if needed.
• Must engage clients actively and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
