Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). These part-time positions offer a chance to transition to full-time as caseloads expand, allowing you to work closely with children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Compliance with local and state requirements for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
