Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Part-time Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). You will work 1:1 with children with autism, implementing treatment plans and tracking progress under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in related field is preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients, lift up to 50lbs, and assist physically.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
