Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants for part-time roles with potential for full-time work as caseloads increase. You will work closely with children with autism under the guidance of a BCBA, implementing individualized strategies to enhance client engagement and success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in related fields is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and local travel flexibility are necessary.
• Experience in ABA therapy or childcare is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect data on client progress effectively.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy
