Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for part-time Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Easthampton, MA. This role involves working 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under supervision, implementing treatment plans, and collecting data on client progress.

Qualifications

• Experience with children with autism and ABA strategies is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and actively engage clients.
• Reliable transportation for local travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and training.
