Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians to work in California. Positions are part-time with potential for full-time as caseloads expand, offering flexible scheduling and a pathway for career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally and engage clients actively.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect and record data using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.
